IGHODALO REVEALED THE PAINS OF EDO STATE, PROMISES GOOD GOVERNANCE IF ELECTED

When I look back at what God has done, where he has put me from zero to hero, my story is a story of God’s grace and I believe God can make me the next governor of Edo State. Dr. Asuelimhen Ighodalo declared.”

The People Democratic Party (PDP) Edo State Governorship candidate in the 2024 poll, Dr. Asuelimhen Ighodalo, in an exclusive interview with City Express News in Benin City. He spoke on his agenda for Edo State development, his grass roots popularity that is working miracles for him and his strategic plans to defeat stiff opposition.

Since his entry into Edo Governorship race, Dr. Asue Ighodalo has assured the people of Edo State to vote for him. He has been meeting several prominent Edo Political gladiators, who have all stood firmly behind him.

He promises not to disappoint Edo residents against his dream of being the numerouno of the state. He said this is the time to move Edo State forward and he promised to build on the solid foundation laid by Governor Godwin Obaseki

Ighodalo has released his manifesto tagged: The pathway to prosperity for all to re-write the good history of Edo state.

He noted that when God directed him to go and serve his people he cannot delay the call of God Almighty to be next governor of Edo.

He said his plunging into murky of political landscape is an attempt to create opportunity for the Edo people to food abundantly and affordable at their reach, guarantee employment through jobs creation, pace way for assured security of life and property.

He said he want to put an end to epileptic academic programs for all Edo people, reduce available death rates on our roads, raise the social-political consciousness of the Edo youths, place the Edo women in the rightful position in global matters, allowed all Edolites to have access to justice and steady supply of electricity and above to ensure prompt payment of salaries and pensions. Barrister Asulimhen Ighodalo said, he will make every Edo a job creators not seekers, he assures Edo youth opportunities for them to explore all the sectors of the economy. While commending Edo youths in Benin City for their resilience and hardworking. Ighodalo described them as a source of inspiration, stressing that if he emerges as governor, there will be no need for yahoo-yahoo before you will make it. There is no single sub-sector of our population that is more important than you the youths you outnumber all of us. You are great.
