Edo Indigenes in Lagos voicing for Asue Ighodalo broke the protocol by leaving church service on Sunday August 25th, 2024 they all gathered at the Sheba Centre, No 20, Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way, Maryland, Lagos to host Town Hall Meeting. We know Dr. Asue Ighodalo is a household name in Nigeria and diaspora. He is clearly among the top of influential lawyer, economic think tank in Nigeria. He is the face of competence and creativity in Nigeria. His passion and commitment for the development of Edo State is only matched by his determination to excel. An advocate for good governance and good political culture, he demonstrated his courage of conviction by taking time off classroom and court room to join politics.

He may not have been in politics for long time but his presence in the political arena not only raised the stakes and added value to politics but more importantly it sent a message that politics is a serious business. Dr. Asue Ighodalo said his manifesto is the best for Edo. According to Asue Ighodalo, his manifesto is connected with the democracy, legitimacy and performance relate in a way that sheds new light on my grown driver’s frame work. On education he said, the government that will operate transparent and accountability will encourage children.

He noted that it is true that there is hardship in the country because of bad leadership. And Edo state will not be like that. He assured the widows and widowers of lives transformation government. He plans big for people of Edo state. We must put money in people’s pocket. We are going to run good government, Tourism, Sports Afuze Games Village will be transform to Tourism Centre.Edo is Timber Headquarters of the world, we can use the opportunity to produce more timbers in the state. I enjoyed bursary as a student and I promised that students under my administration will enjoy bursary. He said, his administration would meet regularly with the people through town hall meetings to entrench good governance. He said, Governor Godwin Obaseki has laid the foundation. Ighodalo hails Edo’s in Lagos voicing for Asue Ighodalo.
