TINUBU SHOULD ALLOW FREE AND FAIR ELECTION IN EDO STATE

Nigeria former celebrated minister of Foreign Affairs and former PDP National Leader, Chief (Sir) Tom Ikimi, the Lion (Oduma) Esan politics has congratulated president Bola Asiwaju Amhed Tinubu for the challenges ahead of him if he can direct INEC to do a good job, credit will go to him, that he has prove a point by allowing Edo State gubernatorial election to be free and fair. He advised President Tinubu to give Edo State people free hands to organized themselves and allowed INEC people to conduct free, credible and fair election without police, Department of state security (DSS) and Government Agencies not to support any party during election period. Speaking to Ubiaja large crowd in Esan South East local Government area of Edo State PDP Campaign rally at Ubiaja, Chief Ikimi said there is no need of election rigging, cognitive, snatching of ballot box, and security officer will not be threatening the voters not to cast their vote to any particular candidate, Let three candidates, APC, PDP, LP, to test their physical popularity. Senator Adams Oshiomole won’t allow peace in Edo State.

Because of his godson and personal ambition in 2024 election. We do not need character assassination to score cheap political point here in Edo state. According to Tom Ikimi, Edo State is a peaceful State, and we do not need any shooting and killing any person in Edo State. The three candidates are from one Big Family.We do not need crisis, election malpractice, releasing a result when the elections have not been counted.

Edo rejects conduct of election that will be the worst in Africa. Security should not jeopardize the election in Edo. INEC should not make their job more difficult like other state for manipulation, no secret counting of result. All eyes must be on lookout for all INEC officials. Edo is a perculiar state, and heartbeat of the nation. No WIKE, No TINUBU in Edo State during the period of election, the Oduma of politic in Esan warned the Inspector General of Police and Department of State Security to educate the officers for Edo election not to rig the election for any candidate.
